Your Versailles Bronze 37cm 3000K LED IP44 Bathroom Wall Light is a hardwired fitting and should always be installed by a qualified electrician. While the connection itself is relatively straightforward, working with mains voltage ceiling or wall wiring carries inherent risk — a competent tradesperson will ensure the job is completed safely and to the required standard in your country.
If your property has decorative cornicing, a ceiling rose, or an unusual ceiling profile, mention this to your electrician in advance — some fittings require an additional backplate or canopy adapter to sit flush and look correct. Also confirm the diameter of your existing ceiling rose against the fitting's backplate before installation day. All relevant dimensions are in the Technical Information section above.
This fitting carries an IP44 rating — protected against solid objects over 1mm and water splashes, making it suitable for bathroom zones away from direct water sources.
