For items dispatched from our warehouse in Northern Ireland, orders are typically picked and processed the same working day. For supplier-dispatched items, the delivery window shown on this page reflects the time from despatch — not from order placement. If there are any unexpected delays we will contact you proactively.
We offer a 45-day returns policy on all stock items. As long as the item is returned in its original packaging, in resalable condition, and has not been installed or fitted, we will issue a full refund. Full details are on our Returns Policy page.
