Your Koto 3 Light Matt Black Adjustable Bar Ceiling Spotlight is a hardwired fitting and should always be installed by a qualified electrician. While the connection itself is relatively straightforward, working with mains voltage ceiling or wall wiring carries inherent risk — a competent tradesperson will ensure the job is completed safely and to the required standard in your country.
If your property has decorative cornicing, a ceiling rose, or an unusual ceiling profile, mention this to your electrician in advance — some fittings require an additional backplate or canopy adapter to sit flush and look correct. Also confirm the diameter of your existing ceiling rose against the fitting's backplate before installation day. All relevant dimensions are in the Technical Information section above.
Once your order is placed, our system checks stock availability and raises any necessary purchase orders straight away. For items dispatched from our warehouse in Northern Ireland, orders are typically picked and processed the same working day. For supplier-dispatched items, the delivery window shown on this page reflects the time from despatch — not from order placement. If there are any unexpected delays we will contact you proactively.
We offer a 45-day returns policy on all stock items. As long as the item is returned in its original packaging, in resalable condition, and has not been installed or fitted, we will issue a full refund. Full details are on our Returns Policy page.
Our team of lighting specialists are here to help with anything from product advice and room suitability to order updates and technical queries. You can reach us via the chat icon in the corner of the page, by filling in our contact form, or by emailing us directly. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day.
